ITF (Industry Task Force) Association
Effecting positive change in Workers’ Compensation through the views of Alberta employers.
To effect positive change in programs, practices, policy and legislation by representing the views and interests of Alberta employers who are members of the ITF Association on matters related to Workers’ Compensation in Alberta.
To proactively identify and advise members of WCB-related issues that may impact member organizations and provide unified, quality representation of employer stakeholders on WCB policy and other associated WCB related issues impacting legislation, regulations, policy and funding.
- To provide a forum for the presentation/discussion of member concerns and views on issues related to Alberta Workers’ Compensation.
- To work in consultation with the Alberta Workers’ Compensation Board, Appeals Commission, Fair Practices Ofice and government on matters impacting employers.
- To be an information resource for members of the Association on policies, programs, and issues relating to Alberta Workers’ Compensation.
- To promote an equitable, accountable and sustainable workers’ compensation system.
